I benefit so much attending yoga with Megan. I'm stronger more flexible and by the end of class relaxed. This is a great achievement for a stressed 50 plus woman. I love my classes. Megan is a great teacher and gives 100% to every class. Anyone wondering about yoga, go give it a try you will not regret it.
Yoga is the one thing I do for myself. At nearly 60 years old. It reminds me to nurture my body. It reminds me who I am. Yoga lets me be just me. Megan's class creates a safe, soothing space for me to do this. She uses her wealth of expertise to teach at all levels and is always happy to have a chat if you have any questions. Yoga keeps my back and hip pain at bay. I've been practicing with her for 7 years and I'm so grateful to have found her.
